Where is my package?

The delivery time in The Netherlands in 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri). The tracking number can be found in the dispatch confirmation email. Using the tracking number, you will be able to find your package at dhlparcel.nl, once your package has arrived at DHL's sorting center in The Netherlands. This usually takes a day or two from the shipping date.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note. Use the information on this note to change your delivery options on www.dhlparcel.nl. If a package cannot be delivered after several delivery attempts, then DHL will return the package to us.

Missing your order confirmation?

If you have not received your order confirmation shortly after you placed your order, it could mean that something has gone wrong with your purchase. Log in to My Page to see the status of your order. Go to "My Orders", search for the order and double check that everything looks okay. It may also be that there is a spelling mistake in the email addres. In that case, kindly contact our customer service.

I received an email saying that one or more items from my order are sold out. Will these be shipped later?

If you had the bad luck of items turning out to be sold out due to an incorrect stock balance, then unfortunately we will not be able to ship them to you when/if they are eventually restocked. We recommend you place a 'Size Monitor' on the item. You will be refunded for the cancelled items in the usual manner.

We don't have a phone number, but we'll be happy to help you via this contact form. We'll do our best to reply to your query as soon as possible, within 48 hours, weekdays (Mon-Fri).

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, then this is also the place for that. You will receive a confirmation that your complaint was received and you'll get a proper answer as soon as possible, although always within 14 days. If you do not agree to the answer, and we cannot come to a solution together, then you can put your complaint before the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl), or the European ODR Platform via this link.

From now on we only communicate in English but all other things remain the same! Please be aware that we will only respond to emails written in English.
