You cannot combine two coupon codes. All coupon codes count toward the value of the goods, costs, etc. Express delivery or invoice is not included.
Coupon codes only valid on items at regular price.
Can I combine multiple discounts with one order?
No, this is not allowed. Discounts and special offers cannot be combined. Two different discount codes cannot be combined. The same goes for already discounted items.
What can I use a discount code on?
A lot! You can use a discount code on our entire amazing selection*, as long as it's not already discounted. However, codes cannot be used to bypass shipping costs.
*Conditions can vary depending on the discount code.
Can I exchange an item and still receive the original discount?
So you saved via discount or discount code when ordering from us, but now you want to exchange the item? No problemo. We do not have an exchange system, but if the deal or discount is still available on the site, simply fill in the return info, send the item(s) back and place a new order within 24 hours. If the discount or offer has expired, that's okay too. Just contact our customer service. We'll gladly help you and make sure you receive the discount again.
How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code you want to use with us, fill in the code at checkout when completing the order. Then click on Use Code and the discount should be visible immediately. Easy peasy!
Where can I find your discount codes?
By following us on social media (for example Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat), you will always be the first to take part in discounts and special offers. Wanna be in on the latest news and take part in exclusive offers before everyone else? If I were you, I'd sign up for our newsletter to ensure I don't miss out on any amazing deals.

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, then this is also the place for that.
