You can do a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To register your return - click here. If you haven't already made a payment, we recommend that you register the order as returned by login to Qliro. This is to avoid the invoice becoming overdue.

If you place a new order on the same day that you register your return, we will refund the return fee. Otherwise, a return fee will be added:

  • Within EU/UK: We charge a €9,95/£9.95/49 zł return fee per return shipment.

  • Outside EU/UK: You pay for return shipping when you send the package using carrier of your choice.

The products you return must be unused and in their original packaging to be accepted and refunded. Tags and labels must remain in place. Hygiene products must have unbroken seals.

If you have received a product in bad condition, we will of course fix it! Contact our customer service here and we'll help you.

After submitting your return, it takes about 14 days for it to be processed. You will then receive a return confirmation by email and the refund will be made after that depending on the payment method you used.
