You cannot combine two coupon codes. All coupon codes count toward the value of the goods, costs, etc. Express delivery or invoice is not included.
Coupon codes only valid on items at regular price.
Can I combine multiple discounts with one order?
No, this is not allowed. Discounts and special offers cannot be combined. Two different discount codes cannot be combined. The same goes for already discounted items.
What can I use a discount code on?
A lot! You can use a discount code on our entire amazing selection, as long as it's not already discounted. However, codes cannot be used to bypass shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item and still receive the original discount?
So you saved via discount or discount code when ordering from us, but now you want to exchange the item? No problemo. We do not have an exchange system, but if the deal or discount is still available on the site, simply fill in the return info, send the item(s) back and place a new order. If the discount or offer has expired, that's okay too. Just contact our customer service. We'll gladly help you and make sure you receive the discount again.
How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code you want to use with us, fill in the code at checkout when completing the order. Then click on Use Code and the discount should be visible immediately. Easy peasy!

Where is my return?
In My pages you can track your return(only applies to members who are logged in). A return takes about 14 days to process, starting from the day you hand in the package to an agent. We will email you a confirmation as soon as the return is processed.
Do you want to change or delete your order?
You do not have the opportunity to change your order yourself after you have confirmed it. However, our customer service can change or remove goods from your order as long as it has not been processed by our warehouse. Contact us directly via chat and we have the best chance of being able to help you before the order has been locked for handling.
