Has my order been processed?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided almost immediately after your purchase has been approved.
The purchase did not go through, but has it made a reservation anyway?
A charge in your bank account may rarely occur even if there was an error in the order. In such a case, it will be undone within 1-5 business days.
When will I receive reimbursement for my return?
When you return something to us the refund is based on the payment method you chose for the original order. If you choose to pay with credit/debit card, the refund will be placed onto the same card. This money will usually be received within 2-3 banking days, but can take up to 6 banking days until it is available on your account.

Du som har valt extra lång betaltid genom Qliro AB's kampanj "Köp nu - Betala i oktober" kan läsa mer om villkoren nedan. Qliro AB kommer att samla dina köp i kampanjen ”Köp nu – Betala i oktober” i en faktura som skickas ut via e-post i mitten av oktober med förfallodag 2020-10-30. När du väljer delbetalning får du genast besked om din ansökan har beviljats och vi kan hantera ditt köp omgående. Skulle din ansökan inte bli beviljad kan du gå tillbaka och välja ett alternativt betalningssätt.
Du kan ha ett eller flera pågående delbetalningsköp och Qliro sammanställer dem på en månadsfaktura som skickas till dig via e-post i mitten av varje månad. Du kan när som helst under delbetalningstiden betala hela din kvarvarande skuld.

Can I combine sales and gift cards?
Yes, you can! However, you cannot combine discounts with other discounts, or rebates, and already reduced items.
Where can I see the validity of my gift card?
You can find the validity of your gift card either in the email with which you received the e-gift card or on your physical gift cards. For NLY Points, you can check the validity under "My Pages".

Customs and VAT
The prices on Nelly.com do not include local sales tax/VAT. These additional costs may be charged to you upon delivery.
Customers may be subject to additional charges in order to receive their package, depending on the destination. Such charges include Customs & Duty charges, VAT/local taxes, etc. These charges are not included in the price paid at checkout. Only the value of the item(s) and the delivery fee are paid at checkout, even though an estimate of said import charges may be provided for certain shipping destinations. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer.
Customs and VAT
Depending on the parcel carrier, a notification email may be sent to the customer when additional charges have been calculated, prior to delivery. Such a notification will inform the customer of additional fees required. Alternatively, the customer may be contacted by phone. Only US orders under 800 USD and Australian orders under 1000 AUD (low-value orders) are eligible as Tax & Customs Free imports.
Once a parcel has entered the destination country, it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. In case of forced Return-to-Sender due to unpaid additional fees, a nominative/penalty fee may apply on the sum refunded. Where is my return?
In My pages you can track your return(only applies to members who are logged in). A return takes about 14 days to process, starting from the day you hand in the package to an agent.
We will email you a confirmation as soon as the return is processed.
Do you want to change or delete your order?
You do not have the opportunity to change your order yourself after you have confirmed it. However, our customer service can change or remove goods from your order as long as it has not been processed by our warehouse.
Contact us directly via chat and we have the best chance of being able to help you before the order has been locked for handling.
