Now you'll get an extra personal shopping experience, the ability to save your favourites, receive personalised offers and track your orders plus much more. And the best part? It's completely free! First of all, please read and agree to these terms and conditions of membership, which apply to anyone who wants to create an account with us.

Registration and membership

To create an account with us, you must be 18 years of age or older or have parental consent. Membership is personal and non-transferable, and you may only have one (1) membership on You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. If you are found to have provided incorrect information during registration, your account may be deleted. Please be careful with your login details and handle them securely. As a member, you are ultimately responsible for your login details. All orders placed through your account are deemed to be your responsibility to pay. By accepting these terms and conditions of membership, you also agree not to misuse the Site or the membership by, for example, sending spam or viruses. NLY Scandinavia AB/ has the right to review your membership account when there is a suspicion of abuse of the terms. Members who do not comply with the terms and conditions may have their membership terminated without prior notice.

Member benefits

Through the services offered by, members will have the opportunity to take advantage of various promotions and discounted products.

As a member of, you will receive personalized offers, news and other FAB news via email. If you don't want to subscribe to the newsletters, you can easily unsubscribe in the email or inside My Pages.

As a member, you get access to My Pages, where you can, for example, track your deliveries, save favourites, view your order history and your invoices. You will also receive personalised content on the site and relevant product recommendations, specific benefits and offers based on your use of the Site and your purchases. As a member, you will also be offered even easier returns processing during certain periods. Selection may be based on purchase and return history.

We usually communicate via email and other digital channels, such as advertising on our own and external websites (e.g. Facebook), but sometimes we also communicate via text messages and letters. You can log in to My Pages at any time and update your contact details or change the settings for what communications you want from us, and when. Please note, however, that we cannot help with restrictions or changes regarding social networks. In those cases, you will need to change the settings on the respective account on your own.

Cancel a membership

Your membership is valid until further notice, but you can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer service. If you choose to cancel your membership, your account will be deleted. If you have not logged in, shopped or interacted with us at all (e.g. by contacting customer service) for 36 months, your membership will automatically be terminated. Your membership may also be terminated by us if you have breached the terms of membership or otherwise abused your membership.

Changes to membership terms

NLY reserves the right to make changes to these Membership Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms of Membership will be posted on the Site or sent out via email. However, NLY recommends that you check the Site periodically for any changes to the Terms of Membership.
